Their expertise in knitting, sewing, fit, labeling, garment care, and machinery, as well as fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and English allow for detailed and respectful exchange between factories and our offices in New York and China, assuring the highest levels of quality and on time delivery.

Tech design creates all final tech packs for fit, trim, findings, care, testing, and packaging requirements. We require and monitor third party testing of fabric, yarn, and garments for our own branded goods as well as experience working with our clients testing requirements and protocols.

Our company-owned factories in India are the foundation for our development and sourcing expertise. We leverage this knowledge of machinery, yarns, and sewing expertise to source globally at the most competitive and quality appropriate factories. Once production is placed, our quality assurance teams monitor production from delivery of findings through in line and final inspection, all based on 2.5 AQL.

We maintain our own high level of social compliance requirements. Our staff in China audits each of our factories on a semi-annual basis. Additionally, we follow up with individual customers’ specialized compliance requirements and audits to satisfy the need of each unique account
